I was met by the receptionist Tonya very nice lady very professional. I came to the practice with two specific hearing aids in mind. Steve knew both models inside and out. He was very thorough in his analysis, asked important questions, and – most importantly – listened to me. The selected hearing aids arrived in a few days and the delivery appointment was immediate. Tanya made everything happen from the initial appointment, order placement, following up on the order, and getting me in for the fitting. She even gave me Halloween candy today! I’m now 4 days into my shakeout period and the results so far are amazing. This is my first set of hearing aids (which I should’ve considered years ago).
